About Us
Sharon Halliday formed People & Design Ltd in 1998 to
provide training, development and HR support to a wide
range of Organisations across Europe and the Middle East
(Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE).
Through her work, Sharon is able to offer Organisations
the combination of HR Line Management Experience (based
in Financial Services and the Recruitment Industry);
along with skills as a HR Business Partner, Recruiter
and Trainer.
Based in the UK, Sharon works with Organisations in a
number of ways –

Through third-party suppliers

As an associate
● As a
project resource
She has a wide network of contacts who work alongside
her on larger scale projects.
Her qualifications include Chartered Fellow of the
Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD); MSc in
Management Development; and Occupational Testing (Level
A & B) including MBTI (as awarded by the British
Psychological Society).
